In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as practicable and will notify affected clients of any significant delays.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to mediation before proceeding to court.

For EU residents, this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services.

Termination by PublicRegistrium

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We discontinue our services (with appropriate notice)
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

General Provisions
